Background & Philosophy

As the owner and director of Fit Performance, a Strength & Conditioning gym based in Essex, Aaron feels it vital that up and coming coaches are given the best opportunity to develop.  

Education, as well as practical knowledge are key to help someone reach their true potential.  Having worked in the industry for over 7 years, Aaron is still as passionate about it now as he was when he first started. 

Previously operating at Thurrock women's Rugby Club and Billericay Rugby Club, Aaron has delivered strength, weightlifting, speed and conditioning sessions to enhance players performance.
