Background & Philosophy

Daniel found a passion for human movement many years ago, with a successful career as a junior British Gymnast with 3 national titles. In his latter teens, he joined the British Army and served as a JNCO in an infantry battalion. It was in the Army that he once again had the opportunity to specialise and compete in marksmanship disciplines at an Armed Forces International level. Since leaving the armed forces he has worked predominantly in the field of human performance, exercise physiology, injury prevention and injury rehabilitation as a registered Sports and soft tissue therapist and clinical exercise instructor. Since 2007 Daniel has worked alongside many great athletes and individuals from across the world of professional sport, the Armed Forces, the Emergency Services and those who have suffered because of injury or illness. Daniel has been an athletic trainer and on-site therapist at two major tennis grand slam events, the Wimbledon Championships and the Australian Open. In 2010 Daniel was also documented by the BBC in relation to his work in the field of neurological rehabilitation. He specialises in bodyweight conditioning with a keen interest in biomechanical strategies. He is about to commence an MSc in Strength & Conditioning.

-          First Aid Qualified
