John has a BSc Hons Sport Science & Physiology Degree where he specialised in nutrition

Experience: 17 years experience as Performance & Physique Enhancement Specialist

Background & Philosophy

As a personal trainer John has 17 years experience in training clients and other personal trainers.

In that time he has gained extensive experience, whilst applying the latest scientific exercise techniques.

John has a BSc Hons Sport Science & Physiology Degree where he specialised in nutrition. He has also completed KBTEducation's Strength and Conditioning Levels 1,2 and 3. He also has a YMCA Personal trainer qualification and has completed a BWLA Leader's award. He is a qualified Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer recognised by REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals).

I am also a Senior Coach Educator for KBTEducation and have developed and written the Nutrition courses, that we deliver to our students.

John's main training ideology is based around HIT (high intensity training) pioneered by Arthur Jones. He has significant experience in this area focusing on training bodybuilders and Miss Figure contestants, where he has applied his significant nutritional knowledge and obtained award-winning results. He is also an experienced powerlifter and kettlebell instructor and has trained many athletes and increased their performance.
