Background & Philosophy

Since November 2010, I have worked as a  Weightlifting Coach in several Crossfit Clubs. I have personal trained both individuals and small groups, developing technique, strength and sports performance. I write periodised programmes to support clients in their own training and I run a class on Weightlifting Technique.

As an athlete, I have been training and competing in the Olympic Lifts for 6 years.  In gaining experience within the classical lifts, I have been exposed to a number of training methodology’s that have in turn helped me become a better trainer.

As a coach and athlete I am constantly learning and evolving to become better to enable me to deliver a better coaching experience for my athletes.
