Kristian Mcphee | Coach Educator

"After training in such a wide variety of sports including Parkour, Rock Climbing, Gymnastics and Skiing it became apparent to me that strength and conditioning is not only a fantastic way to improve performance but it is also a way to achieve longevity. I believe that everybody deserves the opportunity to build 'body armour' through safe and effective training allowing them to be adaptable to challenges in all sports and activities. Mental discipline speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination are the foundations of a capable athlete and I love building these components into everyone!"

Background & Philosophy

Since January 2013 Kristian has dedicated himself to Olympic weightlifting in hope of competing for Great Britain. Prior to this for eight years he trained for Parkour/freerunning. He has worked and performed professionally for Parkour Generations ( Parkour Generations have been responsible for developing the national governing body of ParkourUK as well as coaching qualifications. Parkour had ignited my interest in the human culture and the ways in which we live and govern ourselves. This is what led Kristian to study anthropology and law. Kristian has won the British Championships, British Under 23’s, British Student Championships and the London & South-East Championships. He was also head coach and treasurer for the Brunel University Weightlifting club which, in its first year, won the London University Series and the British Student Championships as a team.
