KBT EDUCATION LTD- TERMS & CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions detailed below form the basis of the contract between KBTEducation Ltd and yourself. Please take the time to read the below terms and conditions in detail, as a contract forms a legally binding agreement.

1) Pre requisites

Students must display they meet the desired pre requisites to undertake the courses listed. Once the evidence has been provided via email or by providing their REPS number they can book on the desired course. Refer to our course page for information on the pre requisites required to undertake a course.

2) Course Bookings & Applications

All course bookings and applications must be placed via our website www.KBTEducation.co.uk or via our formal invoicing booking process.

3) Online Order Process & Payment

Orders can be placed using our secure shopping cart powered by www.paypal.co.uk . Go to the course calendar on the right hand side of the site and pick your desired month. Then pick the course you would like to attend. Then click on the drop down menu and pick the date and venue you would like to attend. Finally click on the “ADD TO BASKET” button and this will enable you to book your course via Paypal. You will receive confirmation from Paypal and then a formal confirmation from KBTEducation about the course you have booked. Courses must be paid in full prior to attendance.

4) Telephone Order Process & Payment

Orders can be placed using our phone booking service. Once you have decided which course you would like to attend, we will send you an invoice for payment. Please then Contact us on 0333 2020 949 and we can take payment over the phone using our secure credit and debit card payment system. Your payment will be 100% secure and we do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

 

5) Invoice Order Process & Payment

Orders can also be placed using our Invoice ordering system. KBTEducation, will provide a formal invoice to our students, via email or post. Students must make payment in full prior to the course date. Payment can be made via cheque or BACS payment. Once payment has been received you will receive. a formal confirmation from KBTEducation about the course you have booked.

6) Payment credit terms

KBTEducation can provide 30 days payment terms for Public Sector and Corporate customers. Please contact us for more information.

7) Flexible Payment Options

KBTEducation can provide flexible payment options to our students. We require an initial non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total course value to reserve your space and then 75% within 14 days of the course. Failure to pay for the course prior to this deadline would mean students would not be able to undertake the course and the place would be lost. This could be reviewed under exceptional circumstances.

8) Pricing

Our prices are in British Pounds Sterling.

9) Cancellations

If the student is unable to attend a course they have booked and paid for, they can transfer on to the same course at a later date, at an alternative venue, based on them giving 28 days’ notice prior to the course. Failure to communicate this within 28 days, will mean the student will lose 25% of the total course fee, as an admin cancellation fee. If the student has exceptional circumstances on why they have not communicated this, it will be taken into consideration.

In the event a student, fails to attend a course they have booked and have not reasonably communicated within 48hrs why they did not attend, they will incur the full cost of the course. If the student has exceptional circumstances on why they have not attended, this will be taken into consideration.

It may be a requirement from time to time to change/postpone or cancel course dates and venues from the courses listed on our website or in our literature. In the event this happens, we will make a reasonable effort to transfer your booking, including any payment. to the next available course at the students preferred venue. KBTEducation will not be held liable for any costs or losses incurred as a result of any such changes. In the event we are unable to replace a student on the booked course at a similar venue within a reasonable timeframe, we will credit the student back in full.

10) Practices & Procedures

KBTEducation reserves the right to remove students from any course, when students fail to comply with its standard practices and procedures. KBTEducation also reserves the right to refuse enrolments, or suggest alternative arrangements, if it believes it will not be in the best interest of the student or company, to attend a KBTEducation course.

11) Special offers

For any special offers listed, the discount will be a set percentage off the new customer price only. Existing customers will not receive any additional discounts on promotions.
